Oh noes! Have you tried poking around on the forums, or is it totally helplessly busted?

Tried the forums, and the obvious. Lack the confidence to pull out the soldering iron myself (although this might have something to do with the fact that I'm finishing the final game of the Mass Effect trilogy on my sister's machine, and the game (a hundred hours of play in total) is saved only on her hard drive...) Thankfully there's a few UK businesses that'll fix RRD for a fee, so tonight the damn thing's been packaged up in the most aggressively girly cardboard boxes I could find (pink zinfandel wine)and the courier'll collect it tomorrow.
